April 30th, three days ago the water was low in all of the plants so this was my opportunity to do the first fertlizer watering. I diluted by half the formula of balanced water soluable fertilizer and filled all of the containers. This photo was taken April 30th and is from my new basement grow-light station. I'm not sure what the deal is with the black tips, but otherwise it looks healthy. chives growth update
